Ultimate Guitar Hero

Activision and Microsoft told us that the stand alone controllers wouldn't be available until June. Well, it appears as though some 3rd party company got a little hot in the pants and released theirs a bit earlier. Although we can't confirm as to whether or not these work, we can say that all the parts that are needed to rock, seem to be there.
The product description is as follows:

For a price tag of $41.94 (which itself is strange), I don't know if I'd slap down that kinda change to see if it works or not.
